Distressessed Residential Properties: 2nd Quarter 2012

The Mt Hood Area 153 lags slightly behind in the percentage of Nondistressed Home sales to Distressed Home Sales:

  • 65% of the Sales in the 2nd Quarter were Non-Distressed
  • 29% of the Sales in the 2nd Quarter were Bank-Owned Distressed sales
  • 6% of the Sales in the 2nd Quarter wereShort Sales
